Returning your whole order after renting
- Your order includes a free delivery and return.
- Use the blue Qookeee bag to return your order when you no longer need the clothes.
- Remove your address label so the pre addressed returns label is showing.
- Seal the bag and drop it off at your local Royal Mail Post Office.
- We recommend you ask for proof of posting when you drop your parcel off – this is free to do.
- Items are not considered returned until they are received by us.
- Log in to your account, and click on Return Items, to cancel the subscription, at least 2 days before the renewal payment is due.
Returning part of an order after renting
- If you are returning part of an order after renting because you no longer need the items, you will be responsible for providing your own packaging and pay for the return of the items.
- Send the items you no longer need back to us, as a ‘signed for’ delivery, quoting your order number.
- As soon as we receive the clothes back we will amend your subscription so you won’t be charged for them when your subscription renews.
- Use the blue Qookeee bag to return the remaining items when you no longer need them.

- All items must be returned unworn, and unmarked in their original good condition within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You will be responsible for providing your own packaging and pay for the return of the items you do not want. A signed for delivery service must be used, such as Royal Mail, to ensure that the returned items are received.
- Use the blue Qookeee bag to return the remaining items when you no longer need them.

- After inspection of the goods, and if deemed to be in the same good condition as when despatched, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the monthly rental fee of the unwanted order or part order items, within 14 days of receiving your returned package.
Sales
- After inspection of the goods, and if deemed to be in the same good condition as when despatched, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the items returned within 14 days of receiving your returned package.
