Returns

Returning your whole order after renting

  • Your order includes free delivery and one free return.
  • Return your items using the blue Qookeee box and pre addressed returns bag included with your order or the zipped blue Qookeee bag, whichever was used to deliver your order.
  • If your order arrived in the zipped blue Qookeee bag, remove your address label so the pre addressed returns label is showing.
  • Seal the bag and drop it off at your local Royal Mail Post Office.
  • We recommend you ask for proof of posting when you drop your parcel off – this is free to do.
  • Items are not considered returned until they are received by us.
  • Log in to your account, and click on Return Items, to cancel the subscription, at least 2 days before the renewal payment is due.

Returning part of an order after renting

  • Your order includes free delivery and one free return.
  • If you are returning part of an order after renting because you no longer need the items, you will be responsible for providing your own packaging and pay for the return of the items. A signed for delivery service must be used, such as Royal Mail, to ensure that the returned items are received.
  • Log in to your account, and click on the X beside the item you are returning to remove it from your subscription, at least 2 days before the renewal payment is due.
  • Use the original Qookeee packaging to return the remaining items when you no longer need them.

Returning a whole order you have received but do not want.

  • All items must be returned unworn, and unmarked in their original good condition and packaging (excluding paper wrapping if not reusable) within 5 days of receiving your order. All packaging must be sealed for return transit.
  • If your order arrived in the zipped blue Qookeee bag, remove your address label and turn the pre paid returns label over.
  • You will be responsible for paying for the return of the items. A signed for delivery service must be used, such as Royal Mail, to ensure that the returned items are received.

For rental orders only

  • The pre addressed returns bag or pre paid label should not be used for the return.
  • Log in to your account, and click on Return Items, to cancel the subscription.

Returning a part order you have received but do not want.

  • All items must be returned unworn, and unmarked in their original good condition within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • You will be responsible for providing your own packaging and pay for the return of the items. A signed for delivery service must be used, such as Royal Mail, to ensure that the returned items are received.

For rental orders only

  • Log in to your account, and click on the X beside the item to cancel it from your subscription.

Refunds

Rental

  • After inspection of the goods, and if deemed to be in the same good condition as when despatched, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the monthly rental fee of the unwanted order or part order items, within 14 days of receiving your returned package.
  • If the pre addressed returns bag or label has been used to return an unwanted order or part order, the cost of freepost shipping will be deducted from your refund. (Note freepost shipping costs are higher than a Royal Mail signed for delivery).

Sales

  • After inspection of the goods, and if deemed to be in the same good condition as when despatched, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the items returned within 14 days of receiving your returned package.
