It’s easy to manage your subscription!

To return and cancel a WHOLE ORDER. Go to Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to return. Click on the VIEW icon, then click on RETURN ITEMS at least two days before your subscription is due to renew and return all items within 5 days.

To return a PART ORDER, send the items back to QOOKEEE as a ‘signed for’ delivery quoting your order number. As soon as we receive the clothes we will amend your subscription so you won’t be charged for them when your subscription renews. The returns address details will be on your order packing list and Qookeee leaflet inside your reusable bag.
