Halloween seems to be bigger and better this year, and our collection of spooky baby clothes to rent has nearly all gone! Our favourite Halloween outfit is this fun Batwing T-shirt and Mask set which goes with just about everything and little ones love flapping their ‘wings’! All made from GOTS organic cotton too.
Last month we had an absolute blast at Wimbledon Sustainable Fashion Week.
Wimbledon Quarter SW19 was buzzing with models, makers and creators all supporting sustainable fashion. We met an amazing upcycling brand from Brazil who made colourful eye-catching womenswear outfits from unwanted fabric and second hand clothes! Another upcycler from Margate, Kent made outerwear from vintage sleeping bags! So inventive and interesting to see what can be created from discarded fabrics and clothes.
We had lots of interest in our concept and some great comments. Here’s a few of our favourites –
‘You can see the clothes are really, really good quality’
‘It’s such a good idea, because babies grow out of their clothes so quickly, well done’
‘It makes complete sense, and you don’t end up with loads of clothes clutter’

This page is the latest news about Qookeee but the Paris Olympics have been massively distracting this week! What an event! Even if you’re not a sports fan, you can’t help but be touched by the athletes back stories. Their determination and resilience in achieving their dreams is truly inspirational. Loved the two rowers, Emily Craig and Imogen Grant, who just missed out on gold at the Tokyo Olympics. They kept a picture of the photo finish as their motivation to go again, do better and win! Which they did this week in style!
It’s not quite the same level as winning gold at the Olympics but it reminded me of a time when I’d print off customers’ feedback and pin them on a wall next to my desk to keep me focused when things were slow. I still get a warm fuzzy feeling when I read a review. This one received last month is one of my all time favourites. Not only is the customer part of our journey, Qookeee is part of theirs.
